What customers receive for how many stamps, is determined by the issuing partner. All individual articles or PLUs can be selected for the digital stamps.
Coupons are the ideal tool for specific marketing promotions. They animate customers with attractive advantages to come back again. Either POS coupons or advertising coupons can be generated with bonVito.
With the customer relationship management module, coupons can be used even more efficiently. Instead of being produced as a receipt print-out, coupons can be sent specifically to registered customers by e-mail or text message.
The direct discount module enables you to grant your customers an instant discount during their current visit. It can be a percentage discount, a free product or a credit amount. bonVito partners determine themselves which products direct discounts are issued for and in what amount when they create the campaign. Direct discounts can be issued either anonymously or in personalised form.
With the "Collecting points" module, customers receive sales-based bonus points. The points are collected on a customer card and can then be used as a means of payment. Each point has an equivalent value of one cent. bonVito partners decide themselves how many points are issued per euro of sales. They also decide how many points customers must collect before they can use them as a means of payment.
