With this module the customer cards are equipped with a payment function, which permits classic applications like payment on account, prepaid and gift certificate cards to be offered individually.
This function enables cash amounts to be loaded onto customer cards, which are then used for cashless payment. The card holders can specify the maximum amount that may be spent with the card per month, week or day. This is very useful when, for example, parents give their children a card to buy something to eat during the break at school.
The cards are quickly and easily loaded with the POS system. The card issuer then receives the amount of loading in cash. When a customer wants to pay with his card, then the corresponding means of payment need only be called in the POS system and the card read in. Of course, the payment function is also cross-branch, i.e. loading can take place at branch A and payment at branch C and E.
In addition, individual customers, customer groups or the entire customer base can be provided with a credit line in a freely selectable amount. This makes it possible to offer customers the good old "payment on account" without a lot of effort and expense.

It is also possible to use the cards as a voucher. In contrast to the customer card, these are not issued personalised, but rather anonymously. Here as well, processing is carried out via the POS system. To completely or partially redeem the voucher, the corresponding method of payment is called during the payment process and the card is read in.
