Kommentar: A.S. CREATION überstand das Krisenjahr 2009 gut. Dank zweier Übernahmen blieben Umsatz und Gewinn stabil. Der Ausblick ist vorsichtig formuliert. Insgesamt ist die Aktie zwischen 30 und 33 Euro fair bewertet. Die erste Hälfte der Position wurde letzten Donnerstag zu 30 Euro verkauft. Diesen Donnerstag verkaufen wir die zweite Hälfte. WESTAG & GETAILT verlor 2009 ca. 11% an Umsatz, konnte aber den Nettogewinn mit 10,5 Mio Euro stabil halten. 2010 sollten beide Kennziffern wieder zulegen können. Mit einem KGV von 8,5 besteht noch deutliches Potential nach oben. CANCOM hat sich mit 17% an PLAUT beteiligt. Wir schließen nicht aus, dass der Anteil weiter erhöht wird. VECTRON wurde am Donnerstag zu 14,20 Euro aufgenommen. Keine Neuaufnahme in dieser Woche.
