Küppersbusch stellt die Kombination exzellenter Küchentechnik (am Beispiel des Palmarium Gourmetherdes) mit leistungsstarker Kassentechnik vor. Die Edelstahlkasse Vectron POS SteelTouch mit wasserdichtem Displayrahmen und Kitchen-Video-Funktion zeigt in der Restaurantküche alle von den Servicekräften aufgenommenen Bestellungen auf dem Bildschirm an. Diese können dann der Reihe nach bearbeitet werden. Ist ein Gericht fertig, informiert die Küche durch einfaches Drücken der ebenfalls in den Küchenblock integrierten Vectron-ServiceCall-Sender die für den Tisch zuständige Servicekraft, dass die Bestellung am Pass zum Abholen bereitsteht.
