Am 25. und 26. Mai findet im Dorint Pallas Hotel, Wiesbaden, der "Deutsche Backkongress" statt. Auf dem Kongress werden aktuelle Branchenthemen diskutiert und Keytrends sowie neue Entwicklungen in der Backbranche aufgezeigt. Vectron-Produktneuheiten werden dem Fachpublikum auch in diesem Jahr von den Fachhandelspartnern KMZ Kassensystem GmbH, Hechingen, und KMZ-Xetron-Nord GmbH, Bremen, vorgestellt. Neben den neuen mobilen und hybriden Kassensystemen wird dabei sicherlich auch das Kundenbindungssystem bonVito im Mittelpunkt stehen.
