In der Ausgabe 3/2010 berichtet das Fachmagazin "24 Stunden Gastlichkeit" über den Vectron-Kunden Druckwasserwerk im Frankfurter Westhafen.Das denkmalgeschützte Backsteingebäude wurde aufwendig restauriert und verleiht dem Restaurant ein Top-Ambiente, das in Anlehnung am die französische Bistro- und Brasseriekultur zwischen rustikal und elegant gehalten ist. Serviert wird deutsche Frischküche, regional inspiriert und abwechslungsreich in Top-Qualität zu fairen Preisen. 2009 wurde Betreiber Ulrich P. Mlcoch mit dem hessischen Gastronomiepreis für die beste Neueröffnung ausgezeichnet. Abgerechnet wird mit Kassensystemen von Vectron.
